Custom Single Panel Fireplace Screens or Spark Arrestors
Single panel fireplace screens can be custom made to fit almost any fireplace, whether it be rectangular, arched or "L" shaped. They are typically made to 1/2" to 1" larger than the fireplace opening on the top and each side.

These single panel fireplace screens are hand crafted by skilled artisans at Stone Manufacturing. Their options include solid brass, laser cut steel, hand crafted steel and wrought iron. They are best known for their exclusive line of solid brass products made from finest quality virgin brass and then finished to perfection using proprietary techniques that create a jewel like finish. Stone Manufacturing Finishes and Trims Get a Quote
These wire mesh options are available for most screens made by Stone Manufacturing. The screen is normally painted black, but is available in Gold, Bronze and other painted finishes to compliment your selected frame finish. Standard weave is used for screens less than 36" tall when the mesh type is not specified. Standard weave is available in steel or real solid brass. Fine weave mesh is the easiest to see through but is easier to dent or bend and is not recommended if there are small children or pets that may damage the screen. Double mesh is used when you want to obscure the fireplace as it is harder to see through. Heavy gauge mesh is recommended if the screen is going to get lots of abuse such as in public areas, rental properties or just heavy use. Screens taller than 36" or wider than 48" require heavy gauge mesh. Screens taller than 48" require special construction with fixed panels as they exceed the width of the heavy gauge mesh rolls.

Detailed Instructions:
Please remove all objects from in front of the fireplace opening before you take your pictures (existing screen, plants or anything else). If you have an existing glass door, take pictures with the doors open and closed.
Take 2 Pictures: Remove items in front of the fireplace including an existing screen, plants or anything else
Measurements: Width and height of the opening
Comments: Tell us what you want: Glass Doors, Screen, Gas Logs, Etc
Hi-Resolution: Send images in their original file size.
Once I recieve your pictures, I will create several mockups and post them to a project page and send you a link to view and them with others for their input. I will follow up with you to discus your project, quote prices and help you choose the treatment that suits you best.
