Measuring for Valve Covers and Gas Keys

• V1 (Fig. 1): Valve Cover Face Diameter
• V2 (Fig. 1): Valve Cover Thread Length
• V3 (Fig. 2): Valve Cover Inner Thread Diameter (ID)
• K1 (Fig. 3): Gas key shaft length. Measure from base of key to end of finial:
• K2 (Fig. 4): Gas key finial measurement. Should be either 1/4" or 5/16":
• Thread Photo (Fig. 5): Take a picture from an angle so we can see the inner thread of the valve cover and determine if it is standard or fine thread.

Valve Cover Thread Options

• 1/2" Thread - Fits Price Dante valves
• 3/4" Standard Thread - Fits Price Pfister Valves
• 3/4" Fine Thread - Fits fine threaded valves
• 1" Thread - Fits Blue Flame Valves
• 7/8" Thread - Requires original valve cover for rework
• Custom Thread Stem Lengths Avaialable
• Diameter Options for VC-1 Round: 2", 2 1/2" (standard), 3" and 4"
• Custom Collar can be added to VC-1 Round in above diameters for protruding valves
• Custom hole diameter availble (standard is 11/16")

Gas Key Custom Options

Standard length is from base of handle to bottom of finial

• Custom lenght shaft from 2" to 24" in 1/2" increments
• Finial saudered to handle instead of threaded (optional)
• 5/16" Square Hole Finial (standard), 1/4" Square Hole - Price Pfitster, 1/4" Square Hole - Dante (requires special Narrow finial)
• Standard Finial 5/16" Diameter, Narrow Finial 9/16" Diameter
