High End Glass Doors and Screens for Stacked Stone Marble Fireplace - Project #10417
Additional Customer Comments:
Thank you so much for this as it gives me a good starting point. I can tell you that my house leans modern so I like the last one best because it’s not ornate. I would really like something plain and simple so the focus is the tile work.
The finish samples: I assume any screen can be made with any finish? The rest of the room / house is polished nickel. Can I see something with that?

Stiletto Cutback
Option #10: Stiletto Cutback Fireplace Glass Door in Satin Nickel Aluminum with UN-F-7543 Steel Fireplace Tools in Satin Pewter (Discontinued).
Edge Door
Option #11: Inside Fitting Edge Door - Chrome Plated Solid Brass with Mesh Curtains. This door would fit inside the opening and the front edge would butt up against the back edge of the hearth. There will be gaps in the serrations of the tile that you may decide to fill with grout. I selected this model because it allows the wavy edges of the opening to be exposed. The aluminum door that I also suggested can be made to fit inside the opening like this as well as any other door. This particular door has the frame on edge instead of facing out, so it really has a very minimalist appearance.
Frameless Door
Option #12: Frameless Door - Chrome Plated Solid Brass with Mesh Curtains. This door can be made to overlap the opening anywhere from 1/4" to 1" or can be made to fit inside the opening.
