Aluminum is an excellent material for fireplace doors because it does not rust and can handle high temperatures when treated with powder coated finishes. It is also the most affordable.

These doors are hand crafted by skilled artisans from Solid Brass or Steel, depending on the finish that is desired. Very high end, and very refined. These are designed to meet today's Minimalist designs.

Option #3: Stone Manufacturing Minimal-1 Fireplace Cabinet Glass Door in Black with Satin Nickel Hardware and 3/8" extra thick glass. This door fits inside the opening using an angle iron frame at the top and bottom with no frame on the sides and no bottom center latch. This is as minimal as it gets.

Option #4: Stone Manufacturing HYBRID-2 Bifold Fireplace Glass Door in Flat Black. This door fits inside the opening using an angle iron frame at the top and bottom with no frame on the sides.
