Our Comments: The door you requested is not available in a polished nickel finish, so we have provided some similar designs that are.
Fireplace Opening: Unknown
Before:
Steel doors are more substantial than the less expensive aluminum doors. They are heavy duty and rugged and are more customizable because the frames are laser cut.
Option #1: Hearth Creations Mid-Century Modern Twin Glass Door with Antique Gray Outer Frame and Satin Nickel Doors. This is the door you requested and is not available in polished chrome, but this would work well with the room decor.
Option #2: Design Specialties MET Twin Glass Door in Satin Nickel (Available in Polished Nickel). This door has a black subframe that is slightly smaller than the doors, which is visible from a side angle and when the doors are open. The doors stand out about 1" from the subframe so they can be opened like a cabinet without handles.
Stone Manufacturing is the only manufacturer that makes a real polished chrome or polished nickel finish that is plated over solid brass. These doors will have a much deeper lustre and true finish that will outlast any other brand. These are the finest quality chrome doors on the market and are quite expensive.
Option #3: Stone Manufacturing Minimal-1 Fireplace Cabinet Glass Door in Polished Chrome. This door features 3/8" glass with no frame on the sides for a minimal yet elegant look.
Option #4: Stone Manufacturing EDGE-1 Solid Brass Cabinet Door with 1" Surround Trim in Polished Chrome with Rounded Minimal Hardware and Special Graylite-14 Dark Gray Glass.
Option #5: Stone Manufacturing DF1G Solid Brass Cabinet Glass Door in Polished Chrome with Half Round Door Frames, Waterfall Handles and Special Graylite-14 Dark Gray Glass.
Option #6: Stone Manufacturing DF1G-99 Solid Brass Cabinet Glass Door with Coastal Waves Casting Trim. Shown in Satin Nickel with Clear Glass but available in Polished Chrome.
Option #7: Stone Manufacturing SD Solid Brass Sliding Door in Polished Chrome with Half Round Center Trim, Waterfall Handles and Clear Glass. This is the most ideal fireplace door for fireplaces raised in the wall where doors that swing open may be in the way of foot traffic. Shown with doors open. Recommended for gas burning fires as it is not convenient for loading wood and cleaning ashes due to the limited opening.
