Customer Comments: Hello, I am interested in a customer fireplace door for my prefabricated fireplace. The dimensions are 44 1/8" W x 27 1/2" H.
Our Comments: Here are some doors that can be made to fit your Martin SB5400 prefab fireplace.

Before:
Aluminum is an excellent material for fireplace doors because it does not rust and can handle high temperatures when treated with powder coated finishes. It is also the most affordable.
Option #1: Hearth Creations Profile 4 Bifold Fireplace Glass Door in Matte Black.
Steel doors are more substantial than the less expensive aluminum doors. They are heavy duty and rugged and are more customizable because the frames are laser cut. Doors for zero clearance fireplaces must have a means of allowing air to flow into the fireplace either by having air vents built into the frame or with 1/4" spacers on the back of the frame.
Option #2: Hearth Creations Flat Steel Bifold Fireplace Door in Matte Black. Uses 1/4" spacers for airflow.
Option #3: Hearth Creations Flat Steel Cabinet Fireplace Door in Matte Black. Uses 1/4" spacers for airflow.
Option #4: Hearth Creations Flat Steel Bifold Fireplace Door in Matte Black with Scroll Pattern. Uses 1/4" spacers for airflow.
The two outer panes of glass are fixed while the inner panes slide left and right to open and close. This is a very unique way of treating a fireplace that is raised in the wall like yours.
Option #5: Stone Manufacturing SD Sliding Fireplace Door in Oil Rubbed Steel. Uses 1/4" Spacers.
