Customer Comments: We are remodeling the fireplace, that existing mantle will be removed, it will be a black Venetian plaster with a limestone fireplace and hearth. The mantle is very simple so we would want something less ornate, in a black or iron rubbed bronze. Thanks!
Our Comments: Here are the options we suggested in our email communications. We did our best to create the mockups using the mantel you have chosen along with the plaster.

Mesh curtains are a great choice for fireplaces like this since the curtains slide open and closed. There is no need to remove the fireplace screen and set it on the carpet, which would cause issues. Frame screens can be attached or free standing.
