Customer Comments: Glass Doors, Screen and Blower: W 46 3/4" x H 33 7/8" Mat black. Design similar to the free standing screen in the photo.

Our Comments: In order to make the Airculator work with a fireplace this large we will need to add a steel surround trim to reduce the size of the opening. Here are a couple examples of how that might look with and without a diamond patterned door.

Affordable Aluminum Doors

Aluminum is an excellent material for fireplace doors because it does not rust and can handle high temperatures when treated with powder coated finishes. It is also the most affordable.

Brookfield

Medium Range Steel Doors

Steel doors are more substantial than the less expensive aluminum doors. They are heavy duty and rugged and are more customizable because the frames are laser cut.

Surround Trim

The surround trim will be 5" wide with an overall size of 53W x 37H and a cutout size of 43W x 33H for the door. There will be a 2" return inside the opening for a mortar backing.
