Customer Comments: I want to replace my current fireplace doors with a more rustic overlay version that hides the rectangular opening and mimics the arch in the mantle bottom. Opening is 43" wide by 30 1/4" high. You will also notice that there is a blower unit that I would like to incorporate if possible. I also enclose a picture of a mock up of what I have in mind. The rise in the arch from the vertical top of the opening is 3 3/4 inches and the width of my mock up frame is 4 1/2 inches if that helps. Also, the exterior diameter of the 1/4" thick pipe on the back of the doors that receives the flexible pipe from the blower unit is 1 7/8 inches and the intake and outflow fittings are 18 inches apart on center but that doesn't have to be exact because of the flexible piping.
Our Comments: We can certainly make a glass door similar to what you have described. Here are a couple mockups to consider.

If you are planning on burning anything in your fireplace, you need to have mesh behind the glass so you can burn a fire with the doors open. You can chooe between gate mesh backup doors and sliding mesh curtains. Functionally, gate mesh performs the best as the wire has smaller holes that sparks cannot get through. Aesthetically, mesh curtains may be preferred because they do not have a vertical center frame that obstructs the view of the fire. When you are not using the fire or you want a complete unobstructed view, they do not stick out like gate mesh doors when they are opened.
We are showing these options on a flat steel bifold door with a satin brass overlay and gray glass.
