Glass Doors to Fit Under Fireplace Ledge - Project #11635

Customer Comments: Hi, We bought a house recently and looking to get a custom size door just because I don't think that one of the standard ones can fit. There are some bricks sticking out on the top of the fireplace and height clearance for the frame is 27 1/4". The opening itself is 34 1/2" x 27". I am looking for something like this (Link to Brookfield Glass Door): with a frame size of about 2", black with clear glass doora and mesh doors.

Our Comments: The Brookfield is a good choice for your fireplace. We included a few other options as well that you might even like better. We will need to make the door about 1/4" smaller than the lowest height beneath the metal lintel supporting the bricks at the top of the opening. You will need to find the very lowest point and measure to the nearest 1/16".
