Customer Comments: Hi Terry, I;m looking at the custom aluminum fireplace doors to mount within the surround. Wedge fit brackets are preferred. #15, profile 4, 1" wide. Flat black, Simplicity handle, Standard rectangle glass, No screen, unless we have to. Clear glass, no bevel. Twin doors. Pictures attached. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.
Our Comments: The first mockup is the door as requested. We have included two other doors that we normally recommend for fireplace like this as others may be viewing this project for ideas.

Before:
Aluminum is an excellent material for fireplace doors because it does not rust and can handle high temperatures when treated with powder coated finishes. It is also the most affordable.

These doors are hand crafted by skilled artisans from Solid Brass or Steel, depending on the finish that is desired. Very high end, and very refined. Items made from solid brass come in a wide variety of hand crafted patinas and other finishes. Satin Nickel finishes done on solid brass are the finest quality and will not rust like plated steel.
Option #3A: Stone Manufacturing Minimal-1 Fireplace Glass Door with Satin Nickel Hardware. This door has no frame on the sides and uses 3/8" thick glass for an extremely minimal and elegant look.
