Our Comments: I can see that your customer likes to build hot fires and burn them with the doors closed. For that reason, we have included only options where the doors can be closed when the fire is burning.

Before:
Aluminum is an excellent material for fireplace doors because it does not rust and can handle high temperatures when treated with powder coated finishes. It is also the most affordable.
