Our Comments: Here are some mockups of doors I recommend for your fireplace. We can also customize grills to fit over the holes for your heatilator fireplace. I could not help but notice the Titanic model on your mantel, so I designed the grills after one of the tile patterns used on the Titanic. I also included an option with the scrollwork used

Stock Size

This door comes in a stock size that will fit your fireplace. Doors with stock sizes normally have much wider frames than custom made doors so they can fit a larger variety of fireplace sizes depending on how much the frame overlaps the opening.

Affordable Aluminum Doors

Aluminum is an excellent material for fireplace doors because it does not rust and can handle high temperatures when treated with powder coated finishes. It is also the most affordable.
