Customer Comments: Need glass doors with heat circulating grate.
Our Comments: Here are the mockups I promised incorporating the Heater Grate we discussed over the phone. Some showing the door fitting inside with the gaps filled with mortar and others wider frames overlapping the stone. I did the best I could adding a concrete hearth. Hope this helps!

Before:
Aluminum is an excellent material for fireplace doors because it does not rust and can handle high temperatures when treated with powder coated finishes. It is also the most affordable.

Steel doors are more substantial than the less expensive aluminum doors. They are heavy duty and rugged and are more customizable because the frames are laser cut.

Shows heater grate with 51" wide front bar and optional rear log retainer in your fireplace.
Heavy duty Heater Grate with rear log retainers and right hand side motor. Motor can also be special ordered on the left side at an additional cost. The Heater Grate features a thermostat that will automatically turn the fan on when your fireplace reaches 110 degrees and off when it gets below 90 degrees. Not only is this an efficient way to operate, it prevents the fan from overheating. A 1 3/8" tall front bar is included for glass doors to sit on that can be adjusted up to 51" wide.
