Customer Comments: Looking for gas logs.
Our Comments: Here are how each of the Grand Canyon gas logs look in your fireplace. The Lava series has a special burner system where flames come out of the logs themselves, which is the most realist gas fire on the market. The others are available with the following ignition systems: Match-Light, Manual Safety Pilot, On/Off Remote Safety Pilot, Adjustable Flame Remote Safety Pilot, On/Off Remote Electronic Ignition (no standing pilot). The 2-Burner is flat to the floor and provides a better glowing ember bed. The 3-Burner is raised a few inches for taller and larger fireplaces. I suggest the 2-Burner for your application.

Option #1: LAVA-Series Gas Logs. These logs have a proprietary burner system where there are burner tubes inside the logs. Flames come right out of the logs themselves just like real wood. This creates the most realistic gas log fire on the market.
Option #2: AWOC-24 Arizona Weathered Oak Charred Logs with 2-Burner.
Option #3: AWO-24 Arizona Weathered Oak Logs with 3-Burner.
Option #4: AJ-24 Arizona Juniper Logs with 3-Burner.
Option #5: DRIFTWOOD-24 Driftwood Logs with 2-Burner.
Option #6: ASPEN-24 Quaking Aspen Logs with 2-Burner.

If you are planning on burning anything in your fireplace, you need to have mesh behind the glass so you can burn a fire with the doors open. You can chooe between gate mesh backup doors and sliding mesh curtains. Functionally, gate mesh performs the best as the wire has smaller holes that sparks cannot get through. Aesthetically, mesh curtains may be preferred because they do not have a vertical center frame that obstructs the view of the fire. When you are not using the fire or you want a complete unobstructed view, they do not stick out like gate mesh doors when they are opened.
We are showing these options on a flat steel bifold door with a satin brass overlay and gray glass.

Picture #1: With your camera sideways, take a picture directly in front of the fireplace from far enough away to see the entire fireplace floor to ceiling like this.

 Picture #2: With your back to the fireplace, take a picture looking straight out into the room so we can see the decor directly in front of the fireplace.

Please remove all objects from in front of the fireplace opening before you take your pictures (existing screen, plants or anything else). If you have an existing glass door, take pictures with the doors open and closed.
Once I recieve your pictures, I will create several mockups and post them to a project page and send you a link to view and them with others for their input. I will follow up with you to discus your project, quote prices and help you choose the treatment that suits you best.
