Customer Comments: Hello, We are looking for either a movable screen with doors or an installed door for our fireplace opening. We would like your suggestion on what will work better with color and material options. We prefer a simple minimalistic design. If any installation is required we would like to get help with installation as well.T hank you.

Steel Free Standing Screen Door

Free standing screens with doors are an affordable option that does not require installation. For larger fireplaces, they can be attached at the top to keep them from falling over when the doors are opened.

Formed Steel Doors

Formed steel doors are made from sheet metal that is bent and formed to make the frame. These are easily attached to the fireplace with DIY pressure screws, no drilling required.

Steel doors are more substantial than the less expensive formed steel doors. They are heavy duty and rugged and are more customizable because the frames are laser cut. These are attached with DIY pressure screws (No drilling)
