Our Comments: I have created several mockups with variations of the high-end wrought iron doors. I included some free standing screens to consider if the doors are beyond your budget. I added some Half Price Special andirons to finish off the look. I also included detailed instructions for making a template.

Hand forged by a blacksmith from 1/4" thick solid wrought iron with heavy duty wire mesh. Not only are these built to be used, they take on a more rugged natural look for those who appreciate craftsmanship and tasteful details.

Template Instructions:

1. Tape a piece of heavy plastic sheeting to the fireplace.
2. Make sure the bottom edge is perfectly straight and even with the hearth.
3. Make sure it is taped tightly enough to remove any wrinkles.
4. Trace the shape of the stones and mortar around the opening with a fine tip marker.
5. If you make a mistake, make a note and point to the correct part of the line that is to be used.
6. Mark the template as shown with: Fireplace Treatments, Customer: (Your Name), PO# (To Be Provided), Outside Looking In.
7. Email me a picture of the template and leave it in place so I can see how it was made and approve it.
8. Once I approve it, you can take it down, cut off the tape and mail it to the address that I will provide.
