Custom Fireplace Glass Doors - Project #21352

Customer Comments: Outdoor masonry wood-burning fireplace, San Antonio TX. Covered pavilion, open to rain, humidity and wind. Opening 44"w x 30.5"h. Want a sliding mesh curtain screen, stainless mesh and hardware. Catch: steel lintel, 4.5" horizontal leg, but only about 1/4" of face exposed because the stone above projects over it. Clamps may have nothing to grab. Can the header direct mount up into the lintel underside? Bottom bar worth it for wind?

Our Comments: This can be mounted directly to the bottom of the lintel. The bottom bar will do little for wind, but is a good choice to help keep logs from rolling out and ashes coming out under the mesh and staining the hearth. These can be made in a stainless finish or stainless painted black. I have created mockups showing various configurations.
