Customer Comments: Need glass doors with no frame on the glass with satin or brushed chrome or stainless steel hardware.
Our Comments: As we discussed over the phone, most manufacturers use a satin nickel finish as opposed to satin chrome. Here are some options using both finishes.
Fireplace Opening: Unknown
These doors are made with a steel frame that has a satin chrome sheet metal overlay. There are seames where the steel is wrapped with the sheet metal. This is the finish you requested and is the least expensive alternative in this finish.
Option #1: Hearth Creations Mid-Century Modern-4 Frameless Cabinet Fireplace Door with Satin Chrome Sheet Metal Overlay and 1/4 Clear Glass.
These high-end doors are hand crafted from solid brass by skilled artisans at Stone Manufacturing. They are avialable in Satin Nickel or Polished Chrome and may be available in Satin Chrome, which is yet to be determined. The highest quality plated finishes are done over solid brass and are the most durable and lustrous.
Option #2: Stone Manufacturing FLD-1 High-End Solid Brass Frameless Fireplace Door in Satin Nickel with 1/4" Clear Glass.
Option #3: Stone Manufacturing Minimal-1 Inside Fit Frameless Cabinet Fireplace Glass Door in Polished Chrome with Elegant 3/8" Thick Ultra-Clear Starfire Glass.
These doors have a frame on the top and bottom of the glass, similar to your current doors. These can be made in an anodized satin chrome finishThey can be made as a cabinet or bifold. Bifold doors will not stick out beyond the sides of the fireplace like cabinet doors, so I am showing this option.
Option #4: Design Specialties Stiletto Aluminum Bifold Fireplace Door in Anodized Satin Nickel with 1/4" Clear Glass. Can also be made as a cabinet door.
